Three-2 Health & Fitness Studio is focusing on the senior population aged 65+. We specialize in working with individuals looking to become more active in their everyday lives. This fitness program mainly focuses on flexability, stability, mobility, and core strength.
Full Body Functional Training is the base of our foundation here at Three-2 Health & Fitness Studio. We incorporate multi-movement exercises while giving core techniques an isolated focus. Improving overall flexibility, stability, and mobility allowa you to move more freely and confidently, allowing you to enjoy normal daily pleasures. We strive in helping our clients live a happy and healthy lifestyle that they can feel good about!
