-->Three-2 Health & Fitness Studio is focusing on the senior population aged 65+. Specialized in working with individuals looking to become more active in their everyday lives. This fitness program will also give guided assistance for clients who suffer from medical conditions*, have limitations**, have been through physical therapy and have been released to work on their own out of professional care. In this program, you will improve the following:
Flexibility: Staying limber and flexible becomes more and more important as we age. Flexibility increases our range of motion so we can complete everyday tasks easily, like bending down to tie our shoes or reaching to get a dish from a shelf.
Stability: As we grow older, we lose physical strength, bone density, and our sense of balance deteriorates which can increase the risk of falling. To decrease these incidences and others from occurring, stability is a crucial part of your workout regimen.
Mobility: Factors leading to immobility in older adults are low physical activity, obesity, impaired strength, and balance are some examples. Developing more mobility allows seniors to move around more freely and with ease without the risk of injury.
Core Strength: Natural deterioration of muscle tissues, including the core, begin as early as our mid-30’s. Skeletal muscles tend to wither and weaken. Creating a strong core helps stabilize the body, providing better balance and posture. There are many benefits to having a strong core such as preventing falls, decreased back pain, helping maintain independence, etc.
Full Body Functional Training is the base of our foundation here at Three-2 Health & Fitness Studio. We incorporate multi-movement exercises while giving core techniques an isolated focus. Simultaneously improving overall flexibility, stability, and mobility with simple, yet effective exercises that allow you to move more freely and confidently. Allowing you to enjoy normal daily pleasures such as walking, climbing stairs, gardening, playing with grandchildren, as well as so many more. We strive in helping our clients live a happy and healthy lifestyle that they can feel good about!
1x/week = $75/hr.
2x/week = $65/hr.
3x/week = $55/hr.
Consists of 3+ individuals (no more than 4)
$20/hr.
Partner Training: Consists of 2 individuals
$40/hr. for each person
Each training session lasts approximately 1 hour.
